FAQs

What is The Muslim Mail Club?

Muslim Mail Club is a monthly snail mail subscription created to bring moments of slowness, reflection, and faith into your everyday life. Each month, you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated envelope filled with paper pieces designed to be opened slowly - encouraging pause, intention, and remembrance of Allah.

Think of it as a gentle reminder in your mailbox, created with care and sent with niyyah.

What is the Muslim Mail Club for?

Muslim Mail Club exists to help us slow down and reconnect with our faith, our intentions, and ourselves. In a fast, digital world, it’s an invitation to pause, open something with care, and remember Allah in a gentle, meaningful way.

Each delivery is created to offer a moment of calm, reflection, and quiet remembrance, even in the midst of busy days.

What is included in the Muslim Mail Club?

Each month, Muslim Mail Club arrives with a small collection of thoughtfully curated paper pieces, all centred around a monthly theme.

Your mail may include:

  • A heartfelt letter reflecting on the month’s focus
  • A faith-inspired print or illustration
  • A reflection card, prompt, or bookmark
  • A small paper good or sticker, chosen with care

Every piece is created to be opened slowly and kept close. A gentle reminder to pause, reflect, and remember Allah.

What is each month about?

Each month of Muslim Mail Club centres around a thoughtfully chosen theme rooted in Islam, such as intention (niyyah), knowledge (ʿilm), patience (ṣabr), trust (tawakkul), or gratitude (shukr).

The themes are designed to feel gentle and reflective, offering something to sit with throughout the month rather than rush through. They’re there to support quiet reflection, personal growth, and remembrance of Allah, in a way that feels calm and approachable.

Why hasn't my mail arrived yet?

Sometimes the post can take a little longer than expected, especially with busy periods or local delays. If your mail hasn’t arrived yet, here are a few things to check:

  • Did you subscribe before the 15th?

If you subscribed after, your first dispatch will be sent the following month.
  • Was it posted around the 20th?

Mail is usually sent around the 20th of each month, and 2nd Class post can take 2–3 working days.

If it still hasn’t arrived after a week, please get in touch and I’ll help track it down
